Advisory

During the advisory process, we focus in identifying any strategic trend, trying to maximize the potential value of the transaction.

In an M&A advisory, our services include the following activities:

Structured Finance

The objective of a structured transaction is to raise capital, either publicly or privately, by assigning a series of collection rights to a specific purpose vehicle, created to mitigate risk through:

    Isolation of funding from originator’s balance sheet.

  •  

    Diversification of collection rights.

  •  

    Isolation and direction of collection to the specific purpose vehicle;

  •  

    Priority of cash flows in the vehicle in favor of investors.

  •  

    Credit enhancements (ie. overcollateralization, coverage requirements, reserves and others).
